With your $40 payment, you will receive both an ACF Individual Membership and a complimentary Share the Beach flashlight (that retails @ $32.06). If this is a local (Orange Beach/Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan) delivery, you can select the "Free Pickup at ACF Office" option to waive that delivery fee.
